Will I lose my notes or appointment history? +
No. Clients, progress notes, treatment plans, invoices, payments, and every appointment (past and future, with their exact times) all come across, along with your practice settings. Anything that can't transfer cleanly shows up on a report before you commit, so there are no silent gaps.
